• User Support: Offer timely assistance and guidance to users experiencing technical issues or seeking clarification on course content.
• Accessibility: Ensure that e-learning materials are accessible to learners with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.
• Data Privacy: Safeguard user data and uphold privacy standards in accordance with relevant regulations and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders and implement enhancements to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of e-learning offerings.
• Collaboration: Foster collaboration with academic institutions, industry partners, and subject matter experts to enrich the e-learning ecosystem and expand course offerings.
